This gently paced class is styled in the tradition of The Thinking Body-The Feeling Mind® movement modality of Linda Lack, Ph.D.  Part yoga, part dance-inspired, Maggie's thoughtful and thorough teaching is guaranteed to get your energy moving in the morning.  Join her any Thursday from 8:15-9:30 a.m.  A fair amount of this class is spent sitting or lying on the floor, so you'll need to be able to transition up and down without too much trouble.
