Essentrics is a total body workout that addresses all muscle groups of the body - extensors, flexors, rotators, adductors and abductors. Benefits include improved balance, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, cardio endurance and more.
Essentrics classes are one hour. They are fun and challenging and totally doable. Influenced by various modalities, Essentrics is unique unto itself. There are hints of zumba, pilates, yoga, tai chi and calisthenics. Movements are choreographed but there is no traveling as you might expect in a dance class.
