What if you could change your state at will, quietly, anytime, anywhere?
Well you absolutely can, and it doesn't take mastering complicated pranayama ratios or techniques. The simple act of breathing naturally has the innate capacity to calm your mind and help you keep your stress levels down. Many of us find that our breath is shallow and inaccessible. We feel cut off from the a sense of flow and ease within.

Previous experience in yoga classes is not required. While there will be yoga-inspired movements at various times during the workshop, it's important to note that this is not a yoga asana practice workshop. EVERYONE is welcome.
Experienced yoga students will learn something new, or find benefit in renewing their connection to their natural breath.
The program will be divided into 20-30 minute segments with informative talk, lots of experiential pieces, time for questions, and time to just be in your own experience.
