How is grief a necessary part of our emotional and spiritual growth and healing? Amyra Braha, Spiritual Care and Bereavement Counselor, speaks to us about how grief is a natural response to any form of loss we experience in our life’s transitions, and reminds us that unresolved grief can result in an imbalance in our physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Amyra will explore the various causes of grief; define loss and grief in a broader context; and provide information for healthy ways to address grief and let it go.
The evening will begin with a brief chanting session followed by Amyra’s talk. She will close the program with a guided meditation. All are welcome.
