celebrate the body! celebrate your self!

The Movement Center is delighted to open registration for our September 2019 Program with Linda Lack, Ph.D., founder of “The Thinking Body - The Feeling Mind®.
Our format this September follows the format of our Spring Workshop. It will consist of group classes in 3 segments: Friday evening, Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon.
The classes offered this session are organized towards a deepening experience and conversation about how we hold ourselves in space, how we maintain an upright sense of self and how we support ourselves with strength and freedom.

Also! We are thrilled to announce that Linda will be teaching an additional Sunday morning Master Class - TBFM: How It Builds. This master class is independent of the workshop and a separate registration is required.

It is our delight and privilege to host Linda and to support the “The Thinking Body - The Feeling Mind®” community. We are looking forward to this weekend and hope that you will join us in celebrating each other and this work we love.
