APRIL 12-13, 2019 WORKSHOP
The Movement Center is delighted to open registration for our Spring Program with Linda Lack, Ph.D., founder of “The Thinking Body - The Feeling Mind®.”
Our format this year is slightly different than workshops of years past in two ways. In an effort to accommodate the growing number of you who are interested in having private appointments with Linda, we have consolidated our group classes into 3 segments: Friday evening, Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon. This will allow more time for Linda to schedule one-on-one sessions on Sunday.
The classes offered this session are organized to provide a cohesive experience of “The Thinking Body - The Feeling Mind®.” Friday evening will be devoted to floor work, Saturday morning to seated material and Saturday afternoon to standing and upside-down postures. Linda designed this 3 segment format as a way to demonstrate the integrity of TBFM, its diversity and coherence.
It is our hope that we are accommodating YOUR requests this year: for more private appointments and, of course, for time practicing together in group class. The Movement Center is always thrilled to host Linda and to help grow the “The Thinking Body - The Feeling Mind®” community. Thank you so much for your support. We are looking forward to this weekend and hope that you will join us.
