The Movement Center is a deeply healing place that I go back to again and again... You can feel the incredible energy the moment you walk on the grounds....And from the meditation, to yoga classes, to special ceremonies..classes for learning, the outdoor spaces, and more ..its just an incredible addition to our community and I hope all will go to experience it!

This is a very special place!!! The teachers and community are welcoming and supportive. The grounds and building are gorgeous and exquisitely furnished. As soon as you arrive on the property you know you've landed in a spiritual place where mindfulness and devotion have been practiced for a long long time. I'm excited to grow, learn and make new friends here!

Eyes open meditation was a life changing experience for me. I cried tears of joy and have never felt such pure love like I felt in that room before. Really looking forward to more meditation classes and yoga. The people are so welcoming and the energy of the whole building made me so happy!

Phenomenal place with wonderful positive energy and a giving spirit. All of those I've met there are beautiful souls doing their own work and living in fabulous community.
Beautiful and welcoming sacred space that opened the door to a transforming mediation practice for me. Making time for retreats at The Movement Center has enriched my life.
This is my "church." This is a most welcoming group of people. They are under the guidance of several Swamis who are headed by Swami Chetananda. l really cannot say enough in praise about the ministry this organization provides to its members and to the yoga community at large. l would encourage you to explore the programs they offer for yourself. Yoga/ yujaha: yoga means "to join"--to link up!
Very peaceful setting, very patient instructors. Easy registering and great classes.

I've never done hatha yoga at the Movement Center; my interest has been more in the meditation programs. Their preceptor is Swami Chetanananda... a deeply realized master, and an expert in the ancient tantric spiritual tradition of Kashmir Shaivism. He is kind, very down to earth, and has a real passion for helping people grow into their own highest manifestation.
