HEALING YOGA SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Healing yoga group sessions are small classes (a maximum of 6-8 students) designed to provide individualized support to students with similar concerns.  Groups are small and the setting is comfortable and informal so participants can ask questions and share individual experiences, concerns, and reflections. In this setting the teacher can work closely with students to offer useful movement, breath, and meditative awareness practices to support their health and wellbeing.  

If a health condition has restricted your activity, practicing in a small group setting with expert guidance and feedback is a safe and restorative way to make friends with your body and begin to move again.

Time will be reserved in each session for informative presentation and group discussion. Your teacher will shape the curriculum to meet the needs of the group. You may also receive resources to explore outside of class such as informational handouts, simple home practice instructions, and links to useful content on the Internet. 

Each class is 1 hour and 45 minutes long.
