Learn how to make your meditation time count. This program will guide you in how
to create a bigger life for yourself by giving you tools for effective meditation, self-reflection, conscious action/reaction, and service to the world.
Week 1: Be Present and make your meditation practice count
Week 2: Be Aware of your unconscious judgments, tensions, patterns
Week 3: Extend the Best of yourself for the benefit of all.
No prior experience in meditation is necessary. Each class includes instruction as well as guided meditation.
