Elements of Meditation course, Fall 2008

The Movement Centerl offers a rotating series of courses on meditation: Foundations of Kundalini Meditation, Four Pillars of a Spiritual Life, and the Philosophy of Kundalini Meditation. This series will give you the basic tools of a kundalini meditation practice, an understanding of how it can be extended into your life, and an overview of its philosophical basis.

The courses are offered in rotation, beginning in January of each year. Each course is four weeks long. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 6 pm to 8 pm. The fee for each is $50.

These courses are designed as an introduction to our practice for new students as well as a review of fundamentals for experienced students. Each class will include lecture as well as a period of guided meditation. The classes build on each other, but it is not required that you take them in order.
