NEWS | FOUR PILLARS OF A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

Integrating Spiritual Practice into Your Life

Shiva Nataraj with garlandThe Four Pillars of Spiritual Practice is a four week course that explores the guiding principles of spiritual practice and offers methods for extending your practice into every area of your life.

Topics we'll cover:

Week 1: Cultivating the wish to grow
Week 2: Connecting with a mentor
Week 3: Circulating your creative energy
Week 4: Expressing yourself through service

No prior experience in meditation is necessary. Each class includes instruction as well as guided meditation.

The course is offered several times a year and takes place on four consecutive Wednesdays. The sessions for the first half of 2010 are:

  • Wednesdays, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm:
    • February 3, 10, 17, 24
    • May 5, 12, 19, 26
  • Cost: $50 for a 4 class session
