Daily Meditation Classes
Our 35-minute and 1-hour sessions are designed to support you in learning meditation techniques to go deeply within and access greater clarity, peace and joy. Set in our beautiful meditation hall, and surrounded by heartfelt and dedicated practitioners, every session gives you the opportunity to reach within and connect to your own heart and spirit.
The primary practice we teach is Kundalini Meditation which awakens your potential for spiritual growth and empowers you to live a full, creative life. Through relaxation and conscious breathing into the chakras, you become aware of the joy in your heart, and learn to extend that experience into your whole life. All of our meditation programs are offered on a donation basis – no one is turned away for lack of funds.
Our 35 minute classes include a brief introduction by the teacher, some time dedicated to guided meditation in which you learn the technique, and approximately 15-20 minutes of silent practice.
Our Monday and Wednesday Public Programs include Kirtan (chanting), Satsang, guided meditation and some time for silent practice.
Eyes-Open Class (offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights) is a silent group meditation with a senior teacher and is a deeply nourishing and uplifting experience.
