Daily Meditation Classes

Our 35-minute and 1-hour sessions are designed to support you in learning meditation techniques to go deeply within and access greater clarity, peace and joy. Set in our beautiful meditation hall, and surrounded by heartfelt and dedicated practitioners, every session gives you the opportunity to reach within and connect to your own heart and spirit.

The primary practice we teach is Kundalini Meditation which awakens your potential for spiritual growth and empowers you to live a full, creative life. Through relaxation and conscious breathing into the chakras, you become aware of the joy in your heart, and learn to extend that experience into your whole life. This simple, profound, transformative practice is accessible to anyone, and everyone is welcome. Learn more about the process and benefits of meditation.

I have learned that meditation or yoga doesn’t have to be hard or mysterious or something that only a few people can have access to or practice - a sense of well-being and peace is as close and intimate as our breath. The Movement Center provides a welcoming home within which to practice.
