OCEAN THEME GONG MEDITATION

Experience the sounds of the ocean, dolphins and whales combining with the healing vibration of 2 gongs, crystal bowls, and other sacred instruments. Connect with ocean energy as you allow your mind and body to enter into a deep state of peacefulness. 

The particular frequencies of sound emitted from the 32” Chiron Gong act as a catalyst to help us access our deepest wounds so that we may move forward with strength, compassion and wisdom to achieve our true destiny.  The sound vibrations are particularly powerful in clearing subconscious fears related to:

-         Moving forward with confidence and faith

-         Creating a life filled with love, joy and abundance

-         Accessing the powerful Light within to heal self and others

-         Realizing and accepting yourself to your highest potential

 

What is the class format?   

The class first starts with 15 minutes of breathing, stretching and movement (all beginner level) which allows the nervous system to prepare for the sound vibration.   Then class participants lie face up on a yoga mat or blanket in resting pose (Shivasana) and simply experience the tremendous healing sound vibrations.

 

What is a gong meditation like?    

Deeply, deeply healing and restorative.   Many class participants feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off of them by the end of the meditation.  This is due to the deep, effortless clearing of the subconscious that occurs as the sound vibration of the gong is experienced.  

 

About the Instructor:

Dr. Michelle Hebert is a gifted intuitive healer and teacher of meditation, yoga, and holistic health classes to students of all backgrounds. She holds degrees and certifications in Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, Acupuncture and Yoga. Treating thousands of patients over the past 17 years has motivated her to master alternative healing techniques which include guided visualization, sacred sound healing, yogic breathing and movement techniques that purify the mind and energy system.
