Linda Lack — Weekend Intensive

Linda Lack is a widely-respected educator, healer and international lecturer who has dedicated her life to the study of the human body and its relationship to breath and movement.  In addition to teaching, she gives presentations to diverse medical communities on longevity, somatic well-being, pain management and preventative care.

Linda developed The Thinking Body – The Feeling Mind, a contemporary movement and healing technique that promotes healthy, organized, conscious breath and movement.

Shaktipat Intensive — Seattle — Sunday, Sept. 20th

Swami Chetanananda has called shaktipat "the highest form of initiation." He will talk more about this tradition and its significance for spiritual practice in preparation for the Shaktipat Intensive on Sunday, September 20. 
 
This talk is by donation; a $20 contribution is suggested. No advance registration is required.

The talk will be followed  by a Shaktipat Intensive with Swamiji on Saturday, September 20.

Shaktipat is a traditional technique for awakening consciousness through contact with a powerful energy resource. Receiving shaktipat can bring benefits on all levels: increasing your vitality, releasing deeply held mental tensions, uplifting you emotionally, and expanding your consciousness.
